The counter-notice must include: identification of the material that has been removed, your contact information, a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located. LivChat will restore the content if the party who filed the original complaint does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days.
